There are a series of standards we msut work to, to ensure that anyone who views our website gets a basic level of information from using it, especially for those with visual impairments or other accessibility issues.
Our website has been built around internationally recognised guidelines for accessibility and where possible we’ve got a site that goes above and beyond the minimum requirements. We’ve also introduced working text size controls, background colour changers and translation tools.
More and more of you are viewing our website on something that isn’t a computer or a laptop.
Our website automatically formats itself to best fit the device you view it from, so no pinching and zooming on your iGalaxyPhonePad required. We’ve also saved you money by not having to develop an expensive separate mobile app.
This is a biggy. Many of our tenants want to manage their account online like check their rent account balance, pay their rent and report things online. Our website allows you do this. Sign up for a 'do it online' account today. This doesn't replace the homes bidding system called Home Choice Lincs which continues to advertise our properties on our behalf.
Over time we’ll be looking to add more and more functions so you can do even more online with us.
If you have any comments or suggestions then we’d love to hear from you.
