  • About the area

In the village of Nettleham you will find a number of food outlets, library, convenience store and hair salon. There is a local Church of England Junior school in the village which has been rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted. It is a great location for the A15 and there are a number of bus routes nearby.

Less than two miles away is a large Asda supermarket, Waitrose along with more food outlets and more shops and facilities. There is plenty to do in the nearby city of Lincoln which has many entertainment facilities including theatres, cinema, live music venues, bars and restaurants along with lots of cultural areas of interest such as the famous Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Castle and several museums and galleries. Lincoln is also a university city, with the main university building located on the popular Brayford Pool, which again has many eateries and hotels nearby.

Living in Nettleham really does give the best of both worlds. The peace and tranquillity of village life, just a stones throw from a vibrant, thriving city.

  • Indicative costs

This property is available as part of a shared ownership scheme only. Shared ownership is delivered by us to help people buy their own home who might not be able to afford it otherwise.

An affordability assessment will determine what share you can afford ranging from 50% - 75% of the market value, using a deposit and paying a mortgage in the usual manner. Rent is also paid on the remaining percentage of the house that we still own a share of. You can then build up your share to eventually own 100%.
