Customer Engagement Assistant

We now wish to appoint a Customer Engagement Assistant on a 12 months temporary contract to join our busy Customer Engagement Team.
- Full time (37 hours)
- Salary £16,904 – Grade 4
To join our Customer Engagement team who are a busy bunch of very committed people, and would like someone to help them manage the coordination of customer engagement throughout North Lincolnshire. So you’ll need to be an effective communicator to deal with a wide range of queries from customers. Plus having a high standard of organisational skills will be essential in arranging meetings and consultation events.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of day to day admin duties as well as using your creative skills to produce leaflets, newsletters and other promotional material. It would also be an advantage if you have some experience in organising events.
