You can check your live balance and your last twenty transactions by using our 'My Account' service. It's free and you can use it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It'll even work on your mobile device.
You can call us on 01724 279900 during our opening hours to check your account.
Every quarter of the year we send a printed rent statement to your home.
