There are different ways you can pay your rent:
This is the easiest way to pay rent and the one we will always recommend to you. Once set up, you do not need to do anything – no visiting of payment points or having to remember to pay your rent.
We offer payment dates of the 1st or the 7th of each month, and, on whatever day you choose, four weeks rent will be collected automatically from your bank account. You remain in control - no changes to amounts or dates can be made without telling you, and you can choose to cancel at any time by contacting your bank.
To pay by this method please complete a Direct Debit form and send it back to us.
You can pay your rent online through the Allpay website.
All you need is your Swipe Card along with a credit or debit card. Please note that your credit card provider may charge you for using this service.

If you don't pay your rent through Direct Debit, you'll receive a Swipe Card. The Swipe Card can be used with cash or a credit or debit card at any Post Office, PayZone or PayPoint outlet.
If you've not got a Swipe Card and you'd like one, please contact us.
If you would rather pay us directly through online banking without setting up a Direct Debit payment, you can do this using the following details. Give us a call and we will explain how to make a payment in this way.
Pay over the phone
You can pay your rent over the phone via credit or debit card by giving us a bell on 01724 279900.
Please be aware that any payment made with a credit card will have an extra 2.25% added to your payment.
