Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract between you and Ongo Homes, so it’s very important that you have read and understood it. It sets out the rules of your tenancy which you, the people who live with you, and the people who visit you must stick to. These are really important, since you could lose your home if you break them. Your tenancy agreement also tells you what responsibilities Ongo Homes has as your Landlord.
If you are a new tenant then you will have a starter tenancy, which means you will have a 12 months probationary period. Your agreement explains in full what this means to you and what happens if you break the terms.
It is important you take time to read your agreement and understand what it means for you before you become a tenant. Your Lettings Officer will have advised you to do this already.
You can view copies of tenancy agreements below. You can also access a copy of the terms and conditions by reading a copy at our Customer Centre on Cole Street. If you need help to understand your agreement please contact us on 01724 279900 or speak to your Lettings Officer.
We are always happy to answer your questions regarding your tenancy agreement. You should discuss any questions you have with your Lettings Officer.
