We can offer support to any person who is part of the North Lincolnshire BME (black minority & ethnic) community. Below are some questions that will hopefully be useful for you.
For anyone who would prefer this in a different language, we have Google translate at the bottom of our website.
Don't worry, we have access to translators and can fully translate any documents we send to you. So we can still support you, regardless of what your first language is.
Our website also has the Google translate function. This means by simply clicking the translate button at the bottom of any of our web pages, you can view them in your chosen language.
It is available to anyone who is part of the BME communities living in North Lincolnshire, whether you are a North Lincolnshire Homes tenant or if you are a private resident.

We've got a drop in centre you can call in to and chat with us. You will find us at the North Lincolnshire Homes Customer Centre which is on Cole Street in Scunthorpe, DN15 6QY. We're open six days a week, and you can find our opening times here.
We can also do home visits if you would prefer that. Just call us to book an appointment.
There are also a number of drop in sessions that we hold regularly in Barton, Ashby and Scunthorpe. To find out more about these, get in touch with our BME team.
