Apartments available in Gainsborough

Work on 24 brand new one and two bedroom apartments on North Marsh Road, Gainsborough is nearing completion, with bidding for each property now live.

The apartments, which are specifically for anyone over the age of 55, are set in a prime location with shops and local amenities nearby, along with a communal lounge within the development, for residents to get together for social activities.

Viewings and move in dates are planned for March. To be considered for a property, you must register with West Lindsey Home Choice through their website (homechoice.west-lindsey.gov.uk), or over the phone on 01427 676676.

We received grant funding from Homes England and West Lindsey District Council to deliver the homes, with The Gelder Group working on the development.
