Ongo Recruitment celebrating a successful year in business

Our Recruitment Team has achieved 110% of their annual target in 2017/18 making it their most successful year yet.
The team believes that their success is down to a team restructure, becoming a more efficiently run business and investing in the latest recruitment technology.
Over the last 12 months, Ongo Recruitment has been focusing on ways to work more efficiently and how to drive new business both the locally and nationally. This resulted in increased sales and new customers.
At the beginning of the year, the team restructured the team with consultants specialising and managing the specific business sectors they focus on; Engineering & Construction / Industrial & Warehousing / Public Sector & Admin / Education & Schools / Medical Sector.
Focusing on delivering the highest possible service to their customers has been a priority for the team, ensuring they have a fast turnaround in recruiting staff and providing a high calibre of candidate.
Investing in the latest technology in recruitment infrastructure is something the team believes to be a contributing factor to their success over the last 12 months. It enables the team to be able to recruit for hard to fill or senior roles and find candidates with niche skills and qualifications.
The industrial division of the business was a large focus last year, and the team had the aim to grow this area and secure more industrial clients, and look at better supporting current industrial customers. Through this focus, this area was top performing, achieving 55% above the annual target.
The next 12 months for they will be all about continuing to offer a high quality, professional service to their current customers, as well as growing the business in the Lincolnshire and Humber regions. They will be working hard to ensure the right staff are placed in businesses to help them achieve their operational targets and objectives.
The team will also continue to help candidates with CV writing, interview coaching, and training such as IOSH, Safety Passport, and other accredited courses which will benefit the candidates and the employers business.
