Our Customer Centre has moved

From 11 July 2018 our Ongo Customer Centre will be moving from Cole Street, Scunthorpe, to Church Square, High Street, Scunthorpe, just next to the council offices and opposite the church and UTC building.

We have a great new reception and meeting area to welcome you to, including an area for you to access a computer so you can log onto your Ongo account or visit the Home Choice Lincs website to look at what homes are available for rent.

We are still close to town centre car parks, with free parking for two hours, and the central bus station is just a couple of minutes walk away. The same Ongo customer services team will be there to greet you and deal with any enquiries you might have.

Our opening times won’t be changing. They are:
Monday to Wednesday: 9am to 5pm
Thursday: 10am to 5pm
Friday: 9am to 4.30pm

Of course, whilst you are always welcome to pop in and see us, don’t forget to sign up for an online account called My Home at https://myhome.ongo.co.uk. With My Home you can pay your rent, order a repair and search for information relating to your tenancy, without having to leave the comfort of your home.
