We can now offer Help to Buy on our Corringham development

Our Pheasant’s Walk development of homes in Corringham are now available under the Help to Buy scheme.
The scheme means as long as you have a 5% deposit, the government will support with a loan of up to 20% of the purchase price through the use of a Help to Buy agent.
The site is a mix of two, three and four bedroom houses and bungalows in a sought after, quaint area, with local amenities and schools nearby.
Lesley Warburton, our Home Ownership Manager, said: “We’re really pleased to be able to offer Help to Buy on these homes. We hope it will make them more affordable for people who previously didn’t quite have enough of a deposit saved to be able to go for one of these homes.
“It is a brilliant scheme, and not just for first time buyers as people often think. There is certain criteria to meet, but I would recommend anyone interested in this gets in touch to find out more. We have five homes left for sale, so be sure to get in touch with us quickly so you don’t miss out.”
Work is progressing well on site with the homes all at various stages in the build process, and they will start to become available in phases from December until April 2021.
This is our second build for sale site, working in partnership with local contractors T.G Sowerby’s. It follows their successful partnership in the Owlet Mews development in Blyton. Find out more about the homes by clicking here.
