Our new Ongo Customer Charters – tell us what you think

Do you have a few minutes to share your thoughts with us? You could win a £20 Amazon voucher!

We’re in the process of creating our 4 new Customer Charters to replace our previous Ongo Commitments.

These charters will set out what you can, and should expect from us as a landlord. The charters will be:

  • Customer Engagement Charter
  • Customer Service Charter
  • Property Charter
  • Neighbourhoods and Community Charter

Publishing these standards is a requirement of the Regulator of Social Housing, and makes sure we’re really clear about the level of service we will provide.

The charters will incorporate similar information to our previous Ongo Commitments and will link to our four strategies that were launched earlier this year. To see those, click here.

Because these charters directly impact you, as our tenants, it is really important that we hear from you and take your feedback on board in terms of what is important to you, and you think is most relevant to include.

We’ve created a short survey that will only take a few minutes to complete, and you simply need to tick your top 6 points that you think are most important for us to include.

Everyone that completes the survey can be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win a £20 Amazon voucher. All you need to do is fill out the survey to the end and leave some contact details so we can get in touch if you’re the lucky winner.*

To complete the survey, click here.

You have until 11 December to complete the survey and have your say on what our new Ongo Charters should look.
