    To be responsible for the support, monitoring and development of all Business Systems, identifying areas for improvement & ensuring our systems remain up to date with patches & releases.

    To provide a comprehensive support service to the Income Team which will involve providing support to a team of officers and a front line customer service to deal with enquiries from tenants, internal and external partners and takeholders.

    Salary £18,789 Closing date 22/01/2021

    The Manager will be responsible for recruiting and leading a team of volunteer counsellors to deliver the service which will be free for some people and a small fee charged in non-funded areas.
