Important information for our suppliers and contractors

We are closely monitoring the developing situation of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and we’re following the regulatory and advisory guidance issued by HM Government and NHS. As such guidance is currently fluid and subject to change, we will issue further statements as the situation unfolds.

The current outbreak of coronavirus has been declared a pandemic by WHO and is increasingly impacting upon the UK both socially and economically.

It is anticipated that the infection will spread significantly, and this will inevitably have a detrimental impact upon both the current and future operations and service delivery of Ongo.

This is an unprecedented situation that is changing almost daily and therefore all potential scenarios need to be reviewed on a regular basis.

We are doing all we can to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and the continuity of our business during this difficult time, and presently none of our offices have been significantly affected.

We are carefully monitoring the situation as it develops, and following the most current public health guidelines, we wish to keep our customers, tenants, partners, and suppliers abreast of the strategies we will be fostering going forward to mitigate the risk of exposure.

As a result of the Government announcement on 23 March, our offices are now closed and all office based staff are working from home. Unfortunately, this now means processing of manual invoices received via the post may be affected.

To ensure we process your invoices promptly, we kindly request all invoices are sent via PDF to the following e-mail addresses accountspayable@ongo.co.uk.
If this is not achievable, we have to inform you that you may experience payments later than normal.

We trust these preventative measures to be adequate in protecting our staff and clientele, however in the event of exposure we are also liaising with our IT teams to establish the systems access necessary to make work-from-home procedures viable and ensure that we can continue to provide essential services.

Any queries, please get in contact with your contract manager and we will be happy to assist.
