We would like to invite you to view and comment upon the development plans as part of the public consultation process.

At this stage the development proposals are for a scheme of 28 properties in total. The proposal is for 10 x 1/2 bedroom bungalows, 16 x 2 bedroom bungalows and 2 x 3 bedroom (wheelchair accessible) bungalows all for affordable rent.

We are looking to gather comments from local residents on the proposed development ahead of any planning application. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not able to meet everyone in person but would like to give you the opportunity to comment.

Consultation will close on 15 April 2022
