Tenancy Enforcement Team Leader
Here at ongo, we believe everyone has the potential to be great. It’s what drives us to come to work and do our jobs every day.
Most people know us as a landlord providing homes to 10,000 people and their families. But homes aren’t our business, people are.
We now wish to appoint a TENANCY ENFORCEMENT TEAM LEADER with a salary of £30,729 per annum (grade 8 introductory).
To manage the delivery of an effective Tenancy Enforcement service you will be a confident and assertive communicator who can deal swiftly and efficiently with often difficult and demanding situations. You will have strong leadership skills to lead and develop the Tenancy Enforcement Team.
Effective interpersonal skills are essential to enable strong links with internal teams and external organisations to create positive working relationships. You will also be able to lead and co-ordinate the installation of CCTV to assist with the prevention and detection of anti social behaviour.
Knowledge of housing management law and best practice, health and safety and you will be IT literate (especially in the use of Microsoft Office) with the ability to work using your own initiative whilst leading the team to achieve customer focussed outcomes.
You will also have the ability to transport yourself conveniently around the geographical areas that ongo operate in.
If you would like an informal discussion, please contact Claire Coyle, Housing Manager 01724 298804.
