Local residents are invited to view and comment upon the development plans as part of a public consultation process. These plans hope to regenerate the area, as well as bringing new, much needed, additional housing.

At this stage, the development proposals are for a scheme of 11 bungalows, with the following mix:

  • 8 No. 1 Bed Bungalows with wet room
  • 2 No. 2 Bed Bungalows with wet room
  • 1 No. 3 Bed Bungalow with wet room

The consultation will close on Wednesday 7 December 2023.
