Saturday opening consultation

Following on from some supportive feedback from Community Voice members, we'd like to know whether you think our Customer Centre on Cole Street, Scunthorpe, should continue to stay open on Saturday mornings.

Saturday opening was introduced seven years ago, to support customers who find it difficult to see us during the week.

However, we only see an average of seven people on Saturdays, with most making rent payments.

It's really easy to make rent payments, you can do it over the phone, on our website (via My Account), by Direct Debit, or at a Post Office, PayZone or PayPoint outlet with a swipe card, so there isn't really any need to come and see us about it, unless there's a problem.

We need to be sure that you as tenants are getting the best value for money too. It costs £6,598 per year to open on a Saturday, based on two people working.

So let us know your thoughts by clicking here before Monday 29th August, and your feedback will go to Community Voice members, who will make the final decision.
