Apprentice success

Cathy Logan is the headteacher at Winterton Junior School. She has worked with Crosby Employment who have provided her with apprentices for a number of years.

She's always had a really positive experience when working with the Crosby team, and the staff they have provided have been high quality, eager learners.

Here's what Cathy said about her apprenticeship experience with Crosby Employment.

"We have been working closely with Crosby Employment for the past three years in relation to our recruitment of apprentices in Administration and Teaching Assistant positions.

"It is always a pleasurable experience working with Crosby staff  - nothing is too much trouble and they are always very efficient and well organised.  I always feel confident that we will achieve a positive outcome when dealing with Crosby – if they say they are going to do something, they always deliver.

"Crosby Employment has a very professional, friendly and positive approach.  Communication is key to recruitment situations and Crosby staff always listen carefully to what we require, provide useful suggestions by drawing on their past, relevant experience and are always keen to provide advice regarding procedures and processes.

"The processes they provide very often result in the initial legwork being completed seamlessly – for example vetting all the initial prospective candidates and creating a shortlist of quality apprentice candidates to take forward to interview.

"All the apprentices that we have recruited through Crosby Employment have proved to be high quality employees and as a result we have been pleased to offer all our apprentices full time positions at the end of their apprenticeships.

"I have no qualms in recommending Crosby Employment as a recruitment agency and do so with confidence on a regular basis."
