Your rent statement
With My Home, you can check your balance and view rent statement at the click of a button. We will send you a reminder every three months to let you know your new statement is ready to be viewed, much like most high street banks do - and you can download a copy of your rent statements whenever you need.
My Home is also available from the Apple and Android app stores:
I don't have a My Home account, what do I do?
The best thing to do is to get registered - it should take just a few minutes and you'll be able to manage your account straight away. In addition to viewing your rent statements, you can also pay your rent, book a repair at a time that suits you, check the status of a repair that you've previously reported and let us know about a change to your personal details.
By signing up, you'll do your bit for the environment too! We have committed to plant one tree for every 100 new My Home accounts that have been set up from 1 October 2019, so if you're not registered yet make sure to click the links above.
If you don't have a My Home account, you will receive a paper rent statement every three months. Of course, we want to do our bit for the environment and be as paperless as we can.
