Community grants

Community groups, that help and support, are being encouraged to apply for their share of £25,000, as part of our Community Grants project.

The project has been running for more than 14 years, donating over £175,000 in total. Last year we awarded £35,000 to 24 groups, as part of our promise to reinvest profits back into good causes.

Groups can apply for up to £2,000 each from Monday 2 February, and have until 4pm, Friday 27 February to get your applications in.

Entries must be made by submitting a short video via Whatsapp to explain what the money would be spent on, and how it would support our tenants and the wider community.

To apply, groups must be:

• Based in areas where Ongo has tenants
• A not for profit group
• Constituted with a bank account.

A judging panel will decide which groups receive funding and successful groups will be announced by the end of April 2026.
