You can report a repair online using My Home or on the phone at 01724 279900.

Tenancy Services/ASB

CCTV should be requested and permissions will only be given if the equipment is sited so it only covers the area intended for monitoring i.e. your property.

You must be transparent that you have CCTV operating and follow all legal guidance which can be found on here.

Ongo Homes and Ongo communities have ever changing support that can be offered to tenants who met the criteria – Sustainment Coaches can help with understanding and managing your budget, looking at grants and funding streams to purchase goods on your behalf (if you meet criteria), Ongo have a counselling service, recruitment agency to help support you with training and starting or getting back into work.

All support is given based on individuals circumstances and needs. Ongo Communities buildings such as The Arc also have a range of activities/groups that change seasonally.

If you need to report anti-social behaviour, you can use our quick and easy self-service option through My Home, your online account. If you are already registered, you can log in online through our website, or by downloading the app.

Income Team

If your tenancy agreement allows for them, there are four dates each year when we don’t take a payment from you, unless you are in arrears.

If you pay monthly, or are in arrears, you will continue to pay your rent on the following dates:

Week commencing 25 March 2024
Week commencing 26 August 2024
Week commencing 23 December 2024
Week commencing 30 December 2024
Week commencing 31 March 2025
