Christmas Opening Hours
Important changes to our services over the Christmas Period.
On 24 December 2021 from 1pm our phone lines and web chat services will be closed until 4 January 2022.
You are able to contact us if you have an essential/emergency repair over the Christmas period. Please be aware we have reduced staffing levels during this time so please be sure to only call for emergencies and essential repairs. If you need any help or assistance over the festive period, you can manage your tenancy through My Home, your online account. My Home is available anytime and has everything you need, all in one place.
Using your My Home account you can access all different areas of your tenancy, including:
- Making a payment
- Setting up a direct debit
- View your balance, transactions and download rent statements
- Report and track non-emergency repairs.
- Find a job with Ongo Recruitment
- Ask for advice around payments or benefits
- #getinvolvedwithongo and be a tenant representative

If you may need to contact us over this time and it’s not an emergency, make sure you register or log in to your My Home account before the 24 December so you are ready to use our online services during Christmas and New Year. Our appointments for non-essential repairs are always open online, these can be booked in advance for the New Year.
