How we are regulated

Our housing association Ongo Homes is regulated by the Government’s Regulator for Social Housing.

It is responsible for ensuring all registered housing providers are well governed and financially viable.

Annually, they scrutinise our governance and financial arrangements to provide us with a judgement.
