Affordable homes in Nettleham

Four shared ownership homes and six affordable rented homes are being built in the popular rural village of Nettleham in partnership with us, and Stirlin Developments.

This is part of a larger, 40 home development – Lodge Lane, which is being developed by Homes by Stirlin, the residential division of Lincoln-based Stirlin Developments. Stirlin is a property development and construction company specialising in bespoke commercial and residential properties.

The aim is to provide affordable housing options for the people of Lincolnshire and will be sold and rented through us. We currently own and manages 10,000 homes in North Lincolnshire, with other developments recently built for affordable rent in South Yorkshire and Lincoln.

These homes in Nettleham will support people to get on the property ladder with our shared ownership homes, or be able to provide an affordable home.

Due to be completed in June 2018, the homes will be a mixture of two and three bed semi detached all with modern open plan living and attention to detail a key element of these fantastic homes.

The four homes for sale through our shared ownership scheme will be available to offer local people an affordable way to get on the property ladder. When purchasing a shared ownership home, you will own a percentage of the home and pay rent on the rest to us. Once you have purchased your home you will then have the option of purchasing further shares.
