Brand new homes in Westcliff

TWENTY brand new homes in the Bridgewater Road area of Westcliff are nearly completed and will be ready to let by the end of July.

With 14 two bed houses and six three-bed houses, this new development will provide additional much needed affordable homes in the area.

Costing £2.1million, the homes have taken 14 months to build, with the work being carried out by local contractor T G Sowerby Developments Ltd.

Georgie McGuire, Lettings Officer here at Ongo, said: “These homes have been beautifully designed and have modern kitchens and bathrooms. They each have private gardens to the back of the house and individual parking bays.

“They’re in an ideal location, right near the local school and backing onto a park and they’ll be perfect for families. The best thing to do if you’re interested in one of these homes is to set up an account on the Home Choice Lincs website.”

The homes are on brand new road, Parkwood Avenue, which was named by school children at Oasis Parkwood Academy in a competition organised by us and T G Sowerby Developments Ltd. The children will also be involved in the opening ceremony taking place in July.
