Consultation on the Consumer Standards

The Regulator of Social Housing who make sure as your landlord, we are providing good housing and good services to you, have published some new draft Standards for social housing. These are the rules that landlords, should follow when renting homes to tenants.

The current standards were first published in 2012 and in July this year, the law about social housing has changed, which means the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) needs to update the standards.

The RSH have spoken to lots of people to come up with these draft standards and help decide what is important to go into them.

As a landlord that is regulated by the RSH, we have been asked to review the proposed standards and provide feedback to the RSH on them and we want to include what our tenants think about them too. You can access all the documents, including a summary and easy read of the proposed standards here. Please take a look at them and provide any feedback to us using the form below before 29 September 2023.
