The Viking Centre, Barton

Their annual Halloween party is back. Join them on the 31st October 5:30pm-7pm and booking will be essential.

All children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult and all children will get a free picnic plate and juice. They will be having a best costume competition one for children under 8 and one for children over 8.

Here’s a selection of the best family-friendly Halloween films for kids to watch, a mixture of old classics and some newer ones to try out. These are just a small choice of Halloween films to check out. Keep an eye out on the TV guide for any leading up the festive seasons.

This one is actually about the Day of the Dead, and not Halloween, a perfect way for kids to learn more about that special holiday. Watch this one on Disney Plus.

A classic film with a nostalgic feel full of suspense but no ghosts or witches so a good choice for a film night. Find this one on Prime Video or Apple TV.
