Fran Rhodes, Community Regeneration Coordinator, said: “We’ve really enjoyed our first Halloween themed event here at The Arc. It was great to see so many families come along to enjoy everything we’d organised.

“The Community Dental Service has given out over 40 toothbrush packs for the youngsters visiting today. They’re working hard to encourage them to be healthy, even at times like Halloween when there are lots of sweets on offer.

The cafe was also open, serving a whole range of Halloween themed treats and drinks, along with us and Westcliff Community Works staff on hand to offer housing, employment and training advice to local residents.
