Happy new homeowners move in at Corringham

Proud new owners have moved into the first of our homes to be completed at Pheasants Walk, Corringham.

The site includes a collection of two, three and four-bedroom detached homes and bungalows for outright sale. They are located in the quaint, picturesque village of Corringham, which is just a short drive from Gainsborough and 18 miles from Lincoln.

The remaining properties on site are still under construction, with completion due between March and May 2021. All will be perfected to a high quality standard, with modern features and a luxurious finish.

Jonathan Stanser was handed the keys to his new home this month. He commented: “We’ve been looking for a home in the village for a while, so as soon as plans were approved for this development we wasted no time.

“Ongo and T.G Sowerby’s have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The build was delayed due to Covid-19, but the teams really worked incredibly hard to enable us to get in before Christmas.

“We were able to watch the house being built from the ground up. The workmanship and attention to detail is fantastic. We altered the original plans and layout a little, but everything we asked for was catered for with a reply of ‘It’s going to be your house, we want to get it right for you’.

“We’re over the moon and look forward to meeting our new neighbours once the other plots are sold, which I am sure won’t be long!”

Pheasants Walk is our second site offering homes for outright sale, and we will be exploring options to offer more in the future.
