Have your say and help make a difference Image

We are happy to announce that we are working with the National Centre for Diversity on our reassessment process for the Leaders in Diversity accreditation.

A key part of this process is for our tenants to complete a survey to help the National Centre to assess our areas of strength and areas for development and whether we meet the level required to be recognised as fair, equal and inclusive under the standard.

The survey is centred on FREDIE, which stands for Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement.

We are proud of the fact that we have been accredited with the Leaders in Diversity Award for many years and would be really grateful if you could help us maintain this accreditation by taking a few minutes to complete the survey and let us know your views.

Your answers will be kept completely anonymous, and is a chance for you to express your honest opinion regarding your experience and knowledge of our organisation in relation to our work around equality, diversity and inclusion.
