Henderson Ave homes ahead of schedule

Work is progressing well with the four new homes being built on Henderson Avenue, with them expected to complete ahead of schedule.

Moore Facilities Management Ltd (MFM) is the building firm carrying out the work, costing £340,000 and is expected to be completed in January 2018.

This is the fourth site that MFM has worked on with us and the partnership is continuing further with more developments planned.

Martin Phillips, Development Manager, said: “We’re really excited to see the progress of these homes on Henderson Avenue. The way in which they’ve been designed means we have been able to fit four brand new homes in the space, all built to a high specification.

“Henderson Avenue is a popular area so to be able to provide even more affordable homes here is brilliant.

“We’ve worked with MFM on a number of projects and they’ve always worked to a high standard, producing good quality homes.”

Phil Moore, MD at Moore Facilities Management Ltd, said: “We’ve built around 30 homes for Ongo, and we’ve always enjoyed being part of these projects.
