Henderson Avenue homes completed

Four brand new homes have now been completed and are ready to let on Henderson Avenue in Scunthorpe.

The homes, owned and managed by us, are four one-bedroom houses which cost £340,000 to built, will be available to bid on through Home Choice Lincs.

Built by local building firm Moore Facilities Management (MFM), these homes have been built to a high standard, making the most of the space which used to be home to an old area housing office.

The homes were officially opened on Tuesday 30 January by the Strong family who live next to the development.

Martin Phillips, Development Manager, said: “We’re so pleased with these homes, they look great and they’re so modern too. We think there will be a big demand for the homes, as they’re in a great location.

“We’d like to say a big thank you to the residents living near the site for their continued patience and cooperation throughout the whole project.

The four homes all have allocated off road parking spaces, modern kitchens and spacious bathrooms, as well as open plan living and energy efficient features.
