Allpay Direct Debit update: 8 September 15:15

We have spoken to Allpay who has confirmed they will be refunding customers who have been affected by the duplicate payment being taken out of their bank account. The high value amounts are being prioritised and they have assured us they are working on this as quickly as possible and they hope that everyone will have their refund back no later than Monday.

If you have been affected by this, keep checking your bank account as the money could go back in at any time. Also, if you have incurred any bank charges as a result of this error, Allpay will of course reimburse any charges made, you’ll just need to have proof of these charges. We can sort this out with Allpay for you, so you’ll just need to get in touch with us to arrange this.

Again, we’re really sorry to anyone that has been affected by this and if you’ve got any other questions or concerns please do get in touch with us, we’re here to help.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
