National Apprenticeship Week: Leon Davis’ story

Leon works as a Finance Apprentice in our Finance department. He has been here for around eight months and has learnt lots already.

As well as lots of on the job learning, he is also studying for his Level Three AAT (what??). Leon’s job is really varied and has tasks such as bank reconciliation and posting journals.

What he enjoys most about his apprenticeship is working as part of a team and always learning new things. He says this is really helping him to develop his skills and understand more clearly about the career he wants to pursue.
