We’re celebrating National Apprenticeship Week

This week is National Apprenticeship Week, and we are celebrating our apprentices past and present. We want to highlight the number of apprentices and those who have progressed into full time employment afterwards.

The week is organised by the National Careers Service, who coordinate the delivery of apprenticeships in England, and is dedicated to highlighting the positive impact the scheme has on businesses, individuals and the economy.

We currently have 16 apprentices working in a range of roles across the business including: Heating and Plumbing, Customer Service, Joinery, Plastering, Marketing, Repairs and Recruitment.

Since 2018, we have invested in taking on apprentices, to tie in with our promise of investing into local communities and provide opportunities.

So far, we have 31 colleagues, who started as an apprentice that are now in full time employment within, we have invested in taking on apprentices, to tie in with our promise of investing into local communities and provide opportunities.
