New homes to rent on Grange Lane South

Three new homes are nearing completion in Scunthorpe and will be ready to let in early April.

The homes, owned and managed by us, are all two-bedroom houses located on Grange Lane South, which cost over £300,000 in total to build, will be available to bid on through Home Choice Lincs from the middle of March.

The homes on Grange Lane South were built by TG Sowerby’s. Rent will start from £107 per week for these homes.

All the homes have off road parking, private gardens and the kitchens, bathrooms and toilets will be fitted with vinyl flooring.
