Check out some new homes that have been completed and some approved plans for future builds.

A development in Doncaster (Region Three)

18 homes have been completed at Rose Hill in Doncaster.

They are a mixture of two and three-bed houses near to Doncaster Racecourse and the Lakeside area, which contains a range of shops, restaurants and natural spots such as a park and nature reserve.

14 of the homes are for affordable rent, with the remaining four for Shared Ownership.

A further 10 homes on the site are due to be completed in 2027.

Grimsby plans (Region One)

Plans for 23 new homes in the East Marsh area of Grimsby have been approved.

Located on Macaulay Street, there will be two, three and four-bed houses built for social rent (a low-cost rent set by the Government at a lower rate than the rent typically paid in the wider housing sector).

They will be near to a range of amenities including shops, schools, a leisure centre and community hub. Work is due to begin in July, with completion provisionally due in December 2027.

Building bungalows

The building of 10 new bungalows has been confirmed for Riby Road in Keelby.

They will be a mixture of one and two-bed homes for social rent. Situated in a rural village between Grimsby and Humberside Airport, the area contains a local shop, a library and youth centre, plus a sports ground.

Work is due to commence in July and is expected to be ready in August 2027.

We are also excited to announce that we have entered a 10-year funding contract with Homes England to build up to 2,500 homes over the next decade, mainly for social rent.
