Brand new affordable retirement living apartments are to be built on North Marsh Road in Gainsborough.

The scheme of 24 apartments will be available to rent. They will be owned and managed by us and will be built by local firm, Gelder Group.

We’ve received support from Homes England and West Lindsey District Council, with grant funding of more than £1.5million to deliver this project. The work is expected to cost around £3million.

It will provide much needed affordable homes for over 55’s wanting to live close to the town centre in Gainsborough.

Work will start on site in November 2018 and is expected to be complete in early 2020.

This project will offer work experience opportunities for students at Gainsborough’s Career College. Four students will be based on the site gaining hands on site experience to complement their college based learning.
