Ongo Carnival 2020 statement

We are very sorry to announce that Ongo Carnival will not be taking place this year.

This decision has been taken with the health and safety of all attendees and organisers in mind, and following government measures, we feel this is the safest decision for everyone.

We hope the situation is much more positive by August, but due to the amazing response Ongo Carnival gets, and the amount of you that turn out each year, we feel it would not be right, or safe, to host such a large scale event.

We were very much looking forward to seeing you all, but unfortunately this year it wasn’t to be. We’d like to apologise and reassure you that we are making plans to make next year’s event bigger and better.
