Ongo Chicks to take on Pretty Muddy

26 staff members will be taking on the Lincoln Pretty Muddy course on Saturday 15 July, to raise money for Cancer Research.

This event is organised by Cancer Research and raises vital funds to go towards research for over 200 types of cancer.

Pretty Muddy is described as a muddy obstacle course over a 5k route suitable for women of all abilities.

Lauren Robinson, HR & OD Officer here at Ongo, said: “This will be the second time Ongo has entered a team in the Pretty Muddy, and we can’t wait. Last year we had 13 of us in the team and we had a brilliant time, but this time we have 26 taking part so we’re hoping to raise even more money.

“Cancer Research is a brilliant charity that supports so many people, and will without doubt have supported lots of Ongo staff and tenants living in Ongo homes so it’s great to be able to support such a worthwhile cause.”
