Ongo Recruitment invest over £42k into the community after another year of growth

Ongo Recruitment is thrilled to announce another successful 12 months of trading and community impact in the region.

As a leading recruitment agency based in Lincolnshire, the team focus on a personalised service and community engagement, connecting talented candidates with rewarding job opportunities.

Over the last year a total of 3,623 candidates have applied for opportunities advertised through the Ongo Recruitment website, with 370 vacancies being successfully filled.

This included 82 permanent vacancies, which is a record outcome.

At the core of the business is their belief in giving back. During this period, they have invested a total of £42,500 directly into the community.

This supported two counsellors providing mental health support to 200 customers. It also helps to fund a decorating skills project, improving lives, homes and upskilling tenants.

Their work in connecting employers with skilled professionals, along with rigorous selection process ensures that both employers and candidates find the perfect fit.
