Plans to build hundreds more homes in West Lindsey

We are continuing with ambitious development plans in the West Lindsey District, aimed at enhancing the local community and providing quality housing options.

Over 40 homes were complete between April 2023 to March 2024, 90% of which were delivered for rent, and they’re showing no signs of slowing down with 176 to be built.

Those handed over include 11 homes at Thonock Vale, 10 at Marton Meadows and 13 at Foxby Lane, all in Gainsborough.

A further 12, including four for shared ownership were completed at Rose Gardens in Lea. These were constructed using modern timber frame methods, with energy-efficient features such as air source heat pumps and solar panels.

** Shared Ownership allows for a share of a property (between 25-75%) to be bought and rent to be paid on the rest. Then, when it is affordable, larger shares can be secured until reaching 100%.
