Register now to bid on brand new Westcliff homes

From Tuesday 21 August you will be able to bid on four more of the new homes in Westcliff, if you are registered on Home Choice Lincs.

The homes which will be available to bid on are one two bed house, one three bed house and two, two bed bungalows. They are all available to anyone that meets the criteria, and you can find out more details by visiting the Home Choice Lincs website.

All of the homes, built by TG Sowerby Developments Ltd will be set at affordable rent prices between £108.69 and £120.57 per week.

Successful applicants will be able to move in the homes during the week of 17 September.

In total, 41 new homes are to be built costing £4.5million. The whole project is due for completion in late 2019.

This is part of the wider £9million Westcliff regeneration project which includes The Arc; a large community hub with a cafe, Little Owls nursery, youth zone, enterprise zone and a post office, a large One Stop convenience store, a Coop Pharmacy, Heidi’s Hair and Beauty Salon and two other retail units.
