Register now to bid on brand new Westcliff homes

From Monday 25 June you will be able to bid on the new homes in Westcliff if you are registered on Home Choice Lincs.

The homes which will be available to bid on are two three-bed homes, two two-bed homes and two two-bed bungalows. They are all available to anyone that meets the criteria, and you can find out more details by visiting the Home Choice Lincs website.

All of the homes, built by TG Sowerby Developments Ltd will be set at affordable rent prices.

Successful applicants will be able to move in the first six homes from 30 July 2018.

In total, 41 new homes are to be built costing £4.5million. The whole project due for completion in late 2019.

This is part of the wider £9million Westcliff regeneration project which includes The Arc; a large community hub with a cafe, Little Owls nursery, youth zone, enterprise zone and a post office, a large One Stop convenience store, a Coop Pharmacy, Heidi’s Hair and Beauty Salon and two other retail units.

Martin Phillips, Development Manager, said: “It’s brilliant that the first phase of homes are now ready and we will soon see families moving in. These homes are really modern and will give Westcliff a real boost, especially once the precinct is demolished it will look like a completely different area.

 “The next stage of the project is to demolish the old precinct area to make way for the third phase of homes, which will include some much needed specialist bungalows and family homes. This really will transform the area and give it a completely fresh new look and feel.
