Roadmap out of lockdown
To make the new rules being introduced as easy to follow as possible for our tenants, we’ve created our own Ongo roadmap out of lockdown in line with the one set out by the government.
This includes our offices reopening, approach to repairs, face to face appointments, communal lounge changes, safety checks, meetings of up to six and more, community events and more.
The first map details changes expected no earlier than 8 March, in line with the governments roadmap. Then changes expected no earlier than 29 March, onto 12 April, 17 May and now 19 July when restrictions are expected to be lifted.
Our main priority throughout all of these roadmaps is to keep each other safe, follow government guidance and set out a path that is easy to understand.
