We are currently working with the National Centre for Diversity, having committed to the reassessment process towards retaining Leaders in Diversity. The award is a nationally recognised equality, diversity and inclusion accreditation that recognises excellence in this area.

Organisations that sign up to the process aim to find out as much as possible from its employees, leaders, partners, and customers about how well they feel the organisation promotes Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement (FREDIE) as part of its policies and practices.

A key part of this process is for our tenants to complete a questionnaire, to enable the appropriate people at the National Centre for Diversity to assess the our strengths and areas for development, and whether it meets the required level to be recognised to be recognised as a fair, equal, and inclusive organisation under the Leaders in Diversity standard.

How can you get involved?
