Survey planned for all our homes

We will be surveying the condition of all our homes throughout February and March 2017.

We have instructed a firm of surveyors, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), to carry out a Building Condition Survey of our homes. 

This will help us to put together a future planned programme of repairs and improvements.

The project involves the surveyors inspecting the outside of our homes and taking photographs. They may also need to gain access to around 1,000 homes.

It is really important that tenants always ask for identification before letting anyone into their home.
