Tenancy Management Policy for consultation

We are reviewing our Tenancy Management Policy and we want to know what you think about it.

The content of the policy hasn’t really changed significantly. Prior to sharing with you, we sent to our colleagues at Forbes Solicitors to complete a legal and regulatory compliance check on the policy and they said, as it stood, it was compliant and a ‘good policy’. They have reworded some of the sections to ensure explicit compliance with the Regulator’s Tenancy Standard and Tenant Involvement and Empowerment Standard but, other than that, the policy remains largely as was.

We really want to know what you think, take a look at the draft policy, which can be found here. It could be something that’s missing, something that needs expanding on or something that you don’t think is quite right, anything at all, please share with us.

All feedback will be collated, discussed and, where appropriate, incorporated into the final draft that will go through the approval process.
