Tenants from Region 2 share feedback at Kendal and Emmanuel Court engagement day

Tenants at Kendal and Emmanuel Court recently met with colleagues from across the organisation during a community engagement day hosted by Neighbourhood Officer, Cavelle.

The event provided an opportunity for tenants to speak directly with staff about issues affecting their neighbourhood, including anti-social behaviour (ASB), fly-tipping and parking.

Over the two-hour session, 15 tenants stopped by to share their experiences and raise concerns about their local area. The feedback gathered will help the team better understand the issues that matter most to tenants and identify where further support or action may be needed.

Colleagues from Neighbourhoods, Income and Customer Experience attended the event, giving tenants the chance to have open conversations with the teams best placed to help. Bringing different services together in one place also made it easier for tenants to raise concerns and ask questions face-to-face.

Cavelle said: “It was great to speak with tenants and hear directly from them about the issues affecting their neighbourhood. These conversations are really important in helping us understand local concerns and make sure we’re providing the right support where it’s needed.”

The engagement day is part of our ongoing commitment to listening to tenants and working with communities to help create safe, clean and welcoming neighbourhoods.
